IMPERIAL MINIATURES UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP
September 7th 2021
After 17 years spent producing Military Miniatures in various forms, including 6 years at the helm of Imperial Miniatures, Mike Lewis has decided to retire and sell on the business. The new owners will be the Spencer family (Antony, Anita and Laura) who will be relocating the business to its new base in Cheshire at the beginning of October.
It will take some time to arrange the sale and handover of the business and to move everything to the new unit in Cheshire and while that is being sorted, this website will remain online for browsing but you will be unable to order anything. Normal service will resume on October 1st.
Mike Lewis will finish off all outstanding casting orders in the next couple of weeks and painted orders will be completed in October.
Imperial Miniatures produces white metal 54mm scale miniatures for collectors and hobbyists. We offer spare parts to repair a wounded ‘old soldier’, castings to paint yourself and complete sets or dioramas painted to your own individual taste; both boxed and unboxed to suit your needs.
Our ranges are drawn from the “All the Queen’s Men” ranges produced by Derek Cross until 2007 and the “Dorset Model Soldiers” ranges produced by Giles Brown until 2016.
You can download a list of Dorset castings, a full Imperial Miniatures catalogue and a poster showing the full Coat D’arms paint range from our Price List page
Please note that you should allow up to 3 weeks for casting orders and 6 weeks for painted orders. Most are processed faster than that, but some will take longer as Imperial Miniatures is a one man company and sometimes holidays and medical emergencies intervene.
A new page detailing the current status of painting orders is here: Painting Schedule
Some of the AQM ranges may need new moulds making as I work my way through the ranges and could take a little longer to produce.
